About KidEat
KidEat is a parent-operated child food diary inside Telegram. It helps families remember meals, drinks and school or daycare menus without turning childhood nutrition into calorie tracking.
Why the product exists
Children often eat across several places and with several adults. The useful information is scattered between memory, parent chats, plate photos and school menus. KidEat brings that history together for one child so a family can notice routines and prepare better questions.
What KidEat is — and is not
KidEat provides approximate informational guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe calorie targets or replace a pediatrician, registered dietitian or feeding specialist. Families can correct entries, export their data and delete their account through the bot.
Who writes the blog
Articles are researched and prepared by the KidEat editorial team. We link factual feeding and safety statements to identifiable public-health, pediatric or clinical sources. We do not claim clinician review unless a real named qualified reviewer has checked the material.
