Family progress

Noticing that your family keeps going

XP is a small trace of ordinary diary entries. It stays with your family, opens levels and achievements, and never turns meals into grades or families into competitors.

No catch

Not points for perfect meals

It stays

Family XP does not expire or go down when life gets busy.

One family total

Entries from different adults come together as your family’s shared progress.

Not about food quality

Calories, macros, foods and “good” meals never add or take away XP.

Simple rules

How XP appears

Only food entries that have been saved to the diary count.

+5 XP

For a food entry

For the first four distinct family food entries on a local day. One shared entry for several children is counted once.

+10 XP

For a day coming together

When the diary has three different meal types that day — for example breakfast, lunch and dinner.

In this first version, the maximum is 30 XP a day. Water, photos, calories, macros and variety do not affect XP.

Levels and chapters

Progress has a little personality

Levels show the steps along the way. Every few levels open a new family chapter.

1–4Getting started

The first step is already there.

5–9Getting into it

The diary is starting to feel like yours.

10–14Finding your rhythm

Entries show up more naturally.

15–19A family habit

Ordinary life already fits into the diary.

20–24A kind tradition

Your own story is growing.

25+Family legend

That is something lovely.

Your collection

Achievements are not an exam

They appear when a family comes back to the diary: for first entries, streaks, photos and keeping it together. Missing a day never takes anything away.

XP is not Premium points

XP cannot be bought, exchanged or spent. It is simply a warm way to see that your family is building its own story.
