KidEat Premium raises AI analysis, photo and school/kindergarten menu limits for 30 days. There is no auto-renewal in the current MVP.
2. When a refund may be approved
- Duplicate payment.
- Premium did not activate after a successful Stars payment.
- A technical issue prevented meaningful use shortly after purchase.
- Mandatory consumer rights apply in your jurisdiction.
3. When a refund may be refused
- Premium was received through Premium points or a manual grant.
- The account was blocked for violating terms.
- The applicable refund period passed and there is no technical issue.
- There are signs of abuse or repeated unreasonable refund requests.
4. How to request
- Open the bot and send
/paysupport. - Include purchase date, Stars amount and what happened.
- We check the Telegram charge ID and usually respond within 24 business hours.
- If approved, the refund is processed through Telegram Stars tooling. Timing depends on Telegram.
5. EU consumers
If you are in the EU, mandatory consumer rights may apply. We will handle requests according to applicable rules.
6. Technical failures
If Premium did not activate, contact support before buying again. Duplicate payments can be reviewed.
7. Premium points
Premium points have no cash value and are not refundable in money or Telegram Stars. They may be cancelled for program abuse.
