Service
What is KidEat? A Telegram food diary for children aged roughly 1–10: text or photo food logs, school menus, reports, water and shared family access.
Is it medical advice? No. KidEat gives diary guidance and estimates, not diagnosis or treatment.
Food recognition
Photo or text? Both. Text is faster; photo is useful for complex plates.
Can I add a whole day at once? Yes: “Breakfast — oatmeal. Lunch — soup. Snack — apple. Dinner — fish.” KidEat separates the meals.
What if recognition is wrong? You can edit or delete entries in the diary.
Can I turn off AI suggestions? Yes. The diary confirmation will still work, but optional post-meal suggestions can be turned off from the parent profile and turned back on later.
School and kindergarten menus
Upload a photo or PDF menu. KidEat reads days, dishes and meal types. A morning prompt can confirm whether the child attends, then the menu is included in the diary.
Family access
The family owner can invite another parent, a nanny or a grandparent. Helpers can add food and water where they have access, but payments and subscriptions belong to the family owner.
Water
Water can be added separately. Drinks and liquid foods are also counted approximately when recognized.
XP and achievements
XP is family progress, not money. Premium points are earned only through referrals.
Payments
Premium costs 499⭐ for 30 days, with no auto-renewal in the current beta. Refund rules are on the Refund Policy page.
