One free menu recognition and import
The gift is granted after the first child profile is created and lasts for 30 days. KidEat shows the exact expiry date in the bot message.

Important: the attempt is used when KidEat successfully recognises the file and prepares a draft. If the draft is mostly right, correct it with a written clarification instead of uploading the file again.

Nothing is saved automatically. You see the recognition result first and can review it before confirming.
Send the file
Send a photo, screenshot or PDF as a normal Telegram message.
Review the draft
Check dates, weekdays, meal types and dish names.
Choose the settings
Select the meals to include, an approximate portion and the active period.
Confirm the save
Only after confirmation is the menu connected to the selected child's diary.
For better recognition
Keep the whole menu visible
- Take a straight, sharp photo without glare.
- Do not crop dates, weekdays or dish names.
- If there are several pages, send one complete PDF when possible.
- Move closer to small tables while keeping their structure visible.
After saving
The menu stays a plan until attendance is confirmed
In the morning, KidEat can ask whether the child is attending that day. If the child is not attending, that day's menu is not counted. Manual diary entries stay unchanged.
